The customer service was outstanding and Ms. Laurie at the U-haul location on Sinclair Blvd in Clarksville, Tn. was phenomenal.

EZRA BI chose this facility due to the proximity to a different storage facility i was to empty and return to CO. I don't know the city of Clarksville very well and it's been over ten years since I was there. I do remember how hot and humid it can be there. My contract indicated I could pick up the truck at 0700. I was dismayed this business didn't open until 0900. I was more dismayed that there is a regular UHaul store only a couple blocks away. Now the proprietor is genuinely nice and helpful, bu I'm still going to suffer in the sun from these delays. I still ended up going to the UHaul store for the equipment that was not available with the rental, I had reserved, like an appliance dolly and other needed items. The truck was not cleaned and I'm about to go on a four day drive west. This pickup location would be fine for an in-town move of items, but I ruined a whole day of travel just preparing my belongings and the truck for the distance. I also came close to heat exhaustion working in the sun into the evening. That happens when your in your 70's.
DAVID SLaurie and Ben at this location provided the best experience. We will continue to rent here.
