Not a location item but over all I am disappointed in U hauls policy on fuel. I was given a truck for a trip from Orlando to Tampa that only had 3/8 of a tank of fuel, and uhauls guess on miles. I was three miles over and charge $3 extra but was given no credit for returning the truck with more fuel returned with half a tank (I have pictures. The returning location showed less. I feel like uhaul is scamming customers on a large scale in this matter and has caused me stress thinking about all the people that have done the same.

First, the online checkout using the app takes too much time because the app is very slow and the number of pictures that have to be taken and uploaded is too high. Second, the dolly I ordered with the truck was missing. Lastly, the check engine light was on and stayed that way throughout the rental period
