I recommend the location I picked up excellent. The PROBLEM was that might pick up location was changed and no one called me. I did not have a furniture mover so i had to go buy one. That was not a good start to this experience as I walked to the location. The location was OUTSTANDING in helping. My gripe is with corporate as i have rented many a truck over the last 20 years...

Mark SIn all seriousness, this is the worst customer service experience I've ever had in my life. I'm leaving some furniture behind simply because I'd rather buy new stuff instead of dealing with these idiots.
Zahmir ETell people that what they ordered is not in stock before they pickup
