The drop off box was a mail box, and the signage inadequate. If there weren’t any other trucks there I would have struggled to know this was the right place

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisFirst off, my pick up time was scheduled for 9 AM at this location and upon arrival there was nobody on site. I called the number on the email from U-Haul and no answer (said number out of service…?). I called the regional U-Haul number and was told that the location was not open until 10 AM. Sounds like a U-Haul scheduling issue, this should be addressed by U-Haul management. After waiting over an hour to pickup my rented vehicle, the staff member was about 15 minutes late (showed up at 10:15 AM). The staff member did not remember the password for their computer, so they had to reach out to U-Haul via phone call to get me finalized with my rented vehicle. Very unprofessional and would not recommend picking up from this location.
