Vehicles are in a field behind the building. The field can get muddy (I turned on 4WD to be careful). The Mobil Food Mart apparently has nothing to do with U-Haul; the operator gave me a phone number to call. Unfortunately my phone service was sketchy so I was not able to talk to the U-Haul manager. However, he was extremely helpful and we completed everything by text, although it took a little longer. I'm glad that I was extremely comfortable hitching a trailer because I did it by myself. Warning for those renting 6 x 12 trailer: the tongue is HEAVY and cannot be lifted by hand (unless you have lots of friends). I brought a floor jack and made it work, using some nearby wood on the property. It was a struggle. The location is convenient for me so I'll use them again but I'll have all of my jacking equipment (bottle jack too) to hitch and unhitch.

john cThe trailer wasn’t clean on outside but not too bad on inside. No problem with equipment though. The person working the station was not helpful at all. I came in 3 times with questions. No help at all.
LINDA DIt's not an ExxonMobil is mobile and there is no address posted to find it. Very frustrating. Person working had no idea how to return and when he called the person in charge they didn't answer. Ended up doing s return thru the app and have no idea of it worked or not.
