The employee working at the counter was so friendly. She helped me return the truck quickly. I was out the door and heading home in under 5 minutes.

GARY HThe people in the store were nice and friendly but they didn’t really help. There was a posting on the outside of the store to call for assistance. I called customer service and the representative was extremely helpful and friendly.
RICHARD BGinger did amazing. Uhaul did not have us in system we could not do self check in , wasn't in system. Need better system for employees to check in equipment like they need an iPad poor cell service there and she was only employee at a gas station. Poor drop off system especially when less than 24 hrs before let me check in w my phone.
