Pick up time was 10:30a arrived at 10:15a. Building was locked, truck was parked outside. Called Uhaul several times for assistance and was disconnected each time. Finally got a local number, called them several times as well. Each call was told different information. I was told someone would be there within 10 mins, which was not true. Finally, I was told to try the check in app, which still showed my gps location being off even though permission was given to app. After several more calls Vicky became rude and told me someone else would call me because she had other incoming calls, as if my situation was no longer important. I did receive a call with step by step instructions by this time it was now close to 11a. No one took into consideration the inconvenience this caused myself and my workers. Will not use Uhaul nor the this location in the future.
