When a customer is trying to rent at a particular location it's probably because that is the one they prefer (distance and other conveniences such as travel time etc). Well today I was taken way out of my way to pick up a truck even though I previously reserved a truck. I was told it was not ready and given a later pick up time. The accommodation for this inconvenience was a $.20 discount. I used more gas and mileage than I would've had I gotten the truck from the location I reserved at. The comments made by dispatch were rude and inconsiderate. My experience leading up to meeting and picking up my truck were horrible, but I had a pleasant experience with THE WASH.

This location is really rough. No signs. Dilapidated building. The guy there was helpful on the phone. It all worked out because he was on the phone, but don't send scared white people to this location
PATRICK MI needed help disconnecting the trailer (severe back injury) and the owner was pissed of that he had to help on a Sunday. Eventually he calmed down and helped, but I honestly thought that he might knock me out before he calmed down. Place was littered with trashed empty liquor bottles, overgrown weeds. Worst experience ever with any sort of business.
