Everything was great
Teonia MHave you been there, would like pictures The building was abandoned with graffiti all over, no doors with knobs that you could actually open. No waiting room or office, just a sketchy parking lot. No one there to help me despite being sent to a working location, waiting 30 minutes to talk to someone for them to tell me I was at the wrong location. I did the entire transaction over the phone to rent truck which wasn't the worst, but certainly seemed very weird. 2 Uber rides and an hour of my time while I paid movers hourly at my location to do nothing. Close this location, use it for over flow, but do not send people there.

Leisa CWOW - The customer service was top-notch from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything about the rental, no rushing, just genuine helpful service. The car itself was spotless ,you can tell they really take care of their fleet here. This is hands down the best rental experience I've had in Cleveland. Already planning to book with them again next time I'm in town. If you need a rental in the area, do yourself a favor and go here - you won't regret it!
