This past trip there was an empty box of cigarettes on the dashboard, and on the passenger seat were some Dorito's chips that had spilt and been left there. The chips had attracted some ants on the seat. There was also a foul musty smell in the truck as well.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisService was excellent. They directed us to were to park the trailer, helped us get it backed in, and helped get it disconnected. Would highly recommended.
MARTHA JUnprofessional staff. I had two rentals reserved two weeks in advance. Upon arriving for the first rental, a truck was not available and we were told we were at the wrong location. The reservation was at "Mi Raza" in Cleveland, TX which has second location NEXT DOOR and the rent out Uhauls at BOTH locations. When I complained about a truck not being ready, I was told to go somewhere else. The second reservation was for a few days later at 8 AM. The business didnt bother to opeb until 830 and the truck was not road ready. Each time the truck was junk. They run extremely poorly. This was the first and last time I will use Uhaul.
Bethany PForgot to check in the trailer I dropped off and cost me an extra day and trouble getting my money back for that extra day!
Tobi GSketchy AF location that looked like an impound lot. Uhaul...you used to be somebody.
