The lock on the lock box was frozen and also hard to deal with the lock to set the code. It was -15 degrees. It took me an hour to get the key after speaking to the support department. I lost my phone in the move and was unable to complete the information required to complete the rental. I returned the truck around 10 p.m. on 1 January 2026. I took a picture of the odometer reading and the fuel gauge as well but was not able to send it because I had lost my phone. Very stressful. Spoke to the person at Goodyear on Monday morning when they opened again and sent them the pictures they needed. I assume that everything was fine because I didn't hear back from them.

Jon DI did not book just saw trailer and drove in to get it. Guy was super friendly and helpful. They put it on my truck and I was off. Will see them again in the spring for sure!
