Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI was charged for 6 extra gallons of gas. I emailed the staff timestamped photos to prove this and they haven’t responded.
Thomas HKeep some packing supplies like tape etc.
Krishna Uoffered late return for 1.5 hours without extended day payment of $40. When I got the bill I was charged the additional fee.
Robert KThe worker that was on staff was very welcoming and high-spirited. He was clear and straight forward with the directions and expectations of the operation, care, and return of the vehicle. He also took a few extra minutes to explain how to refill the gas (which most u-haul experiences have never done), so shout out to him. It was overall a 15 minute process, in and out.
