when i picked up the truck i rented, i was not even walked out to the truck to be shown which one or told which one it was. i had to guess. i had to do my walk around by myself for damage and when i took pictures, the app would not allow me to upload any of the photos. the truck was so dirty. there was long white dog hair all around the truck and in the cup holders which i found out once i set my drink in it later. i am very disappointed that i was stuck with a truck so gross. the man who had helped me, made sure i knew he was bothered he had to check me in for the truck as he wanted to go to lunch and left when he handed me keys. had he still been there i would have asked for the other truck that was on site the same size in hopes it would have been clean. i paid too much money to have to have such a terrible experience. i am not sure i will ever use uhaul again at this point.

Didn’t interact with anyone, after hours drop offs but please Make return instructions more clear on where to park for each location, parking was very unclear, especially in the dark in a new location
