Hugh OAlso a very busy location, but the staff seemed to be more on top of the challenges set before them.
Gregg BMike was very professional and quite healthful in hookup and loading of my vehicle. I appreciated the good condition of the auto transporter esp the new tires. A good experience!
Joseph SThe 20' Truck we rented was adequate but rather well used (lots of miles and tired). We had no issues with the truck but it struggled on the highway with very little weight in it. The staff at the Black Forest Colorado U haul facility were outstanding. Great customer service and most professional. Could not have asked for a better experience from that location. Would definitely rent again for there and recommend that location to others looking to rent.
