I requested a U-Haul location and a desk transaction for specific reasons. I also did not request a dolly or furniture pads as I have my own. My reservation was changed to a different, less convenient location that required cell phone check-in which caused delays and frustration. After returning the truck I was still charged for pads and a dolly which I never used and in addition to making the reservation with no pads or dolly, I told the guy when I was checking in that I did not request a dolly or pads. I was charged anyway. This is the second time I have been directed to non-corporate locations and the experience was about the same the first time. If you can't fulfill the reservation as made, don't accept the reservation.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThey just took my keys when I dropped off the truck. I did not even come close to the 50 miles I estimated. Charged me 133 and could not explain why. This is why I like to be checked in and the truck is inspected while I am there . I have rented from U-Haul several times worse location ever ! They guy just took my keys put in the wrong mileage when I got my invoice. I was hesitant on giving him the keys. They just can put what they want and charge what they want
Jennifer HThe pickup location was not open at 10 AM & it made me very tardy to load the trailer. Worse, the employees didn't seem to care, nor did they appear to know anything. The guy that helped me turned out to know what he was doing, but I would refuse to use this place again
