There was no one at the site
ABRAHAM VThe rental facility was a very small convivence store. The rented box truck was very dirty on the outside and dirty on the inside. Windows inside and out needed to be cleaned.
JUAN AI had rented an auto transport for a car I bought. I tried to return it Saturday evening because I didn’t need for Monday. Morning of Monday the 9th. I tried calling from 8am until 9am. I never got an answer. The gas station attendant told me where to put the trailer. I put the trailer as requested. I went back inside and told the attendant that I needed help unhooking the trailer. He sighed with digust and came outside. I only asked for help because I had shoulder surgery 2 months ago. I still had to jack it up/down and back up again. I had to unhook everything it all myself. I live 2 minutes away from that location. I don’t go this gas for anything ever.
