There was no personnel there, which is why I did not say they were helpful - I am sure they would have been if they were there! It was after hours so no worries!
Kelly HThe first location u haul gave us had gone out of business, this was the 2nd location we tried to return to. There was no personnel on site or anyone to assist us. We did the self drop off but I had to internet and it couldn't find me on location so it was difficult to return. Called the phone number on the location and the gentleman stated he was going to clear my account. I had to call uhaul direct to get it cleared the next day was showing past due. Very bad experience.

Quentin LI did self checkin but I usually drop off my U-Hauls in this location. I am surprised that U-Haul allowed another U-Haul rep to be directly next door to the Halls. I almost dropped my truck off at the wrong location thinking that the Halls started parking their U-Hauls in the lot nextdoor. That’s not a knock on the Halls but on U-Haul for allowing another rep to setup shop basically just a few feet away from a current rep. It is kind of bizarre for a town as small as Colquitt.
