I was very unhappy with my U-Haul experience. I was sent to 3 different locations, had to wait for a long time, and the people managing my pickup didn’t seem to know what they were doing at all. I was given a lot of conflicting information and there were many problems with inputting my information and finalizing my pickup. I felt that I was not treated well at all, especially considering the price I paid and the poor quality of the service and equipment.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisTruck was dirty inside and out also mileage was incorrect stating it was more gas then it was upon pick up I would definitely go to a U-Haul business location in the future also I was charged for a dolly that was not available
Juanita KBusiness owner is rude. He values people who are buying his product over U-Haul customers. He also mentioned that he does not want U-Haul on his property anymore and that he does not need them.
