Truck was completely filthy, the windshield was filthy. The inside of the cab was full of grime and dirt. I had to clean the windshield and interior myself. Plus I came in 3 days before to reserve. 15 foot truck and only 10 ft trucks were left. Overall what happened to good service and not worth 171.00.

The picking up the rental went extremely well. But the return and trying to get my deposit back was extremely difficult
ENRIQUE EThere is a lot of preventative maintenance that needs to be done. The steering wheel is out of alignment(pulls right i f I remember) the break pedal sometimes sticks down keeping the break lights on and there is a lot of cosmetic damage that has no quick claim stickers on it making a customer such as myself feel I might be held liable for damage I haven't done. The online check in wasn't bad, but I feel it can be a shady way to shift blame on a unsuspecting customer.
