We had to call uhaul several times to get help. We were there 3 hrs trying to get keys. Missed our time slot to load truck. Had to take work off next day. Horrible experience

This location is the best yet since I have been in this state.
Syuda MVery courteous and customer attentive. We had some issues with mobile app/online set ( none to his cause) but overall a smooth process .
Randy CFor one my pickup reservation was for a Sunday morning at 11:00 to check in at the counter, however upon my arrival that location was closed several numbers were called to reach someone. Per my on line contract if my reservation was not on time I would be granted a $50.00 refund for my inconvenience. Please advise. Thank you.
Audrey LThis location was ok. An employee directed me where to drop the trailer, and to use the App. I LOVE the U Haul app. It is very efficient and well designed. I uploaded all the required photos to document the return and was on my way.
