This place is awful. I had to recruit people to get the trailer off of the hitch. They wouldn’t help me at the store then they wouldn’t return it when I dropped it off. I had to call u-haul.com.

MICHAEL HThere was no help to de-tach the trailer and it was difficult to park next to the building. I would not recommend this drop-off place. If my wife was to drop it off, she could not have maneuvered or detached the trailer by herself.
JOHN FTires on trailer were seriously under inflated. One was 40 lbs the other was 20 lbs. On a 5 day trip to Arizona the 20 lb tire which I inflated to 55 lbs lost 1-2 lbs per day. Clerk at convenience store had to call dispatcher to release the equipment to me.
David TThis place was very hard to locate, I drove around a half hour looking and finally called the help line. The young lady that waited on me tried her best to help. This location is very poorly marked, it’s supposed to be a gas station and it was just a little convenient mart that the name on the building didn’t match what was on the invoice.
