I don’t think this is in the best of neighborhoods and I don’t like the fact that we didn’t expect and verify the mileage the gas or the return items together. They just told me to give them the key and they would take care of it from there not sure if that’s a good way to do business.

Gayle-Ann AEducate the people who are helping customers on using your checkin system etc. Customer service was poor. Waited forever while store customers were helped to buy beer,cigarettes, lottery tickets, etc. Was told couldn't add another driver. Then he cancelled my reservation and told I had to call uhaul back, wait on hold, so I could fix his error. In the end I did get the truck, but had to walk thru knee high grass in an empty field behind the store to get it, I feel they should have pulled it to the street for me. Uhaul customer service was always friendly and helpful and the equipment was very good. But this dealer location was a nightmare.
Karen MWorst experience ever! I had a reservation for the UHAUL on Zimalcrest (off of St. Andrews Rd) but received a text 30 minutes prior to pickup that the pickup location had been changed. I was charged over $100 for the mileage since the pickup location was so far away. I WILL NOT be using UHAUL again.
Heidi EClose it down. Worthless asf turned it in the day before it was due and they didn't put it in until the day after it was expired. So they charged me late fees. 956$ is what they tried to pull from my account, not even a notification nothing. Also they dont do payments so best they could do was 856$ on promx. Also fuck you uhual Jewish ran business.. your not putting your nose in my fucking wallet, especially when you dont notify before you try pulling that kinda money out randomly from people's bank accounts. Also failure to notify vehicle drop off after being told first time using uhual in general
