Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWas rudely greeted by what I assume was a an employee that just closed the location asking me what I was doing and after I told him I was dropping off the truck he told me I parked in the wrong place. There were no directions on where to park it just to not park it in any driveways or blocking any storage units. Also the app is garbage.
Adam MOffice was empty when I arrived at scheduled pick-up. Had to install the app to get vehicle. App was not working well - had to go back into the office to get lock combo for key - was not clear. Location did not have the furniture pads so I had to go to another location for those
John HDirections to pick up the truck were not clear. When I called in for assistance, the very helpful customer service individual had to look several places on his network before we found out where the keys was (in the back of the truck). The lock on the back of the truck was already set at the code so anyone could have opened the lock. When we returned the truck, the instructions said to put the key in the slot in the door. When we did that, we were told to put the key back in Tim he truck. The process was too confusing.
Roger OI’m not happy with U-Haul at all and will not use them again. Miscommunication and mis informed details. The video/recordings will show it all.
