Bradley SI scheduled a 20' truck a month in advance (Seymour Auto) with assurances it would be ready the morning of. What I was NOT told: I was guaranteed a truck - so if a 20" was not available the morning of - I would have to take a replacement "truck" of whatever size was available. All that was available - a 26' truck! Way too big. Also NOT informed that if my truck was not available at the scheduled location , I would automatically be routed to another location with trucks. I was NOT informed...leading to a lot of phone calls, extra driving to a third location (Ogles Storage) and needless anxiety. Fortunately the person at the re-routed (second) location was very helpful (Leudeman Auto).
MICHAEL SAs far as the location goes, it was fine. The only reason I would not recommend this to any family member or a friend of mine is because U-Haul is absolutely way too expensive! They nickel and dime you for everything and charge an astronomical amount per mile and they make moving almost unaffordable. Over $600 for ONE DAY is ridiculous.
