Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWhile the in-person interaction was fantastic, when I originally tried to pick up my truck I wanted to do it via the app. That process was incredibly difficult, and we never recieved any phone calls for ID verification. I was thankful the people inside were able to help, but that was incredibly frustrating.
James HThe manager at Storage King was really helpful and friendly. Rental went really smooth with his help.
