Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisOwner was asleep at home when I showed up to pick up U-haul. Still had to return at the same time and didn’t receive any compensation.
Josh GI did not interact with the staff. They said to just use the app.
Louis VWhen we picked the rental truck up, it was a Holiday weekend and did it online with ease. I drove the truck home only to find out the dolly we rented, was not in the truck. I used the online chat and explained the situation so they gave me a local customer service number. They were looking for the dolly for me to use, but advised I would have to pick it up. I only had the rental truck and wasn't putting 30 extra miles to and from to get the closest dolly. I thought it would be sent to us due to not being our mistake. Not the case. I did get it refunded but made our move harder since we had to lift the heavier appliances. Overall, the pick up and drop off via the app, was easy to process. The location not the best, but close to where we needed. Aside from the two MINOR issues, everything went smoothly.
Tricia CThe password locks used to lock up the keys to the trucks are extremely difficult to open. It took several tries to make it work. My rental truck did not have the furniture blankets in it that I had paid for. That was disappointing.
