Verbally point out the fact that if you go over the estimated number of miles you will be charged an extra .40 per mile??!! Fortunately I did not but if I had I would have been VERY upset and felt as though I were deceived. Rear view mirrors are very difficult to adjust. You should add 15 minutes to the time the truck was rented to allow for the truck being pulled up, adjusting mirrors, etc. Staff was very friendly.

The General Manager was very rude and short with me. She was angry at one of her employees but took it out on me as a customer during my transaction. She seemed like she was trying to rush me out the door while I was deciding on what moving supplies I needed to buy. Rang everything I had up at the register and caught an attitude when I told her I'm here to rent moving truck. When I came to return the truck the next day, I didn't even want to come in the store. Moving is already stressful enough. I wouldn't recommend this particular store to a friend.

Martha, the manager, was superb! She solved every problem quickly and efficiently. Other counter staff, however, acted like it was their first day on the job with hardly any training. The lack of knowledge of simple tasks was frustrating.

First of all the instructions for picking up a truck after hours were incomplete. Therefore I had to call U-Haul and wait for 25 minutes to get somebody on the phone. In that time I figured out how to access the The information to move forward. However the truck was not in the parking lot that was designated. It was supposed to be in the east parking lot and was actually in the south parking lot. So I spent about five minutes running from lot to lot looking for the truck. Upon returning the truck I followed the instructions on the sign where it designates that you should park and wait for an attendant. I sat there for 15 minutes and then began to blow the horn in hopes that somebody would realize that I was there. And attendant showed up and told me I shouldâ€™ve gone directly into the building. She said she did not realize that their sign instructed folks to wait in their truck. Once I went inside I waited an additional 15 minutes for the truck to be checked. After that amount of time I left and told them to just call me If there were any issues. When I explained what it happened and was unhappy with my experience there were no apologies whatsoever. Just an attitude of thereâ€™s nothing we can do about it and youâ€™re at our mercy. Not a happy camper!

The customer service was pleasant, but the passenger seat belt is broken, and in a state where itâ€™s the law to buckle up, I found this not acceptable. This is a hazard and risk of injury. I reported it to the uhual representative. I also plan to inform corporate. I shouldâ€™ve received a discount.

Truck returned, employee that checked in the return of truck was very rude due to me parking. GE Told US If We Did Not Park RHE Truck Under THE Port, He Would Fine US $25 More dollars. We told him he could not do it, and it should have been explained to me during rental, to lark the truck under the carport. Your worker need to learn how to speak to customers especially training in not threatening to fine customers to only make his job easier.

They charged me $39 for the dolly that I forgot to return when I returned the uHaul. I brought it back the next day after I called them to let them know I forgot but they never refunded me. I want my $39 refunded! Contract #81102700

The app was very susceptible to poor internet which made the pickup problem hard picking up early in the morning. It worked but had to retry several times.

The truck engine light was on. No one could explain why. Like I told them if it breaks down it would not be on me. Was not happy with the final amount taking a week to come out my account.
