Austin's customer service at 7am when I picked up a vehicle was harried and brusque. He was the only apparent employee on what I'm sure was a busy Saturday in July, so his behavior is understandable. He was not unprofessional, but he was not gracious and welcoming.

The business part of the location was not the issue it was the experience at the business. I was satisfied with the equipment but was not happy at all abut the experience. I arrived just a few minutes after the store opened, there were 2 employees each helping a customer at the service desk, there was also a couple that appeared to be in line and they appeared to be having an argument. The male member of the couple eventually left the building though he came back in several times, the female involved stayed and continued to rant, the woman was obviously ether under the influence or deranged. She continued to yell, curse, demand to see her Dad, Threatened the employees that her Dad lived there and built the place and would fire them. Demanded to see Bill or them to call Bill, (not sure if Bill was her Dad) She stated a couple times that she should or could shoot up the place, then would smile and say "If I have a gun" The employees each left the building with their respective customers while the woman continued to Rant at no one really at this point since it was just her and I left in the office. A few minutes later the employees returned one asking if he could help me the other telling the woman that he had called his manager who was on the way. I quietly asked the employee that was assisting me if he had called the Police, to which he said he would talk to me when we went out to hook up the trailer. The woman continued the rant demanding Bill whoever that is. Additional customers showed up and she started harassing them when we stepped outside, the employee then stated that they had called their manager and that the woman was obviously drugged out. I told him that they should have called the Police as she had threatened violence and refused to leave, he repeated the Manager was on the way. Obviously there was very little concern for their own or for their customers safety, when someone threatens to shoot you, your manager is not going to be much help. I left with my trailer and returned just a few minutes before closing, as I pulled into the return area one of the same employees from the morning approached me and said were closed (it was still 5 minutes before closing) you can just drop it over there and either check it in on the app or we will get to it in the morning, we will email you if we do it that way. I parked the trailer and attempted the on line return, the process didn't work so I gave up and left, the employees had already left by this point. I also never received notice of return Between the obvious lack of interest in their own safety and that of their customers and the odd experience in the returning of the equipment I was by far not happy with the experience.

I was double billed and my truck wasn’t processed in for 4 days, I just noticed today I have 2 pending charges for 59.00 from Uhaul so I guess I got to pay twice aswell

Amazing customer service, my interaction with every employee was exceptional.

Truck seemed to have throttle sensor issues, or transmission issues. Truck would stay in gear randomly. I had to, often turn off cruise to reset the throttle. At times, the throttle didn't work at all. At some points the truck did very well-other times it was a bit difficult.

I did not drop off the truck at Sinclair. I dropped it off on Morse Rd., Columbus, OH. Super friendly and helpful staff. They were the only redeeming quality of this entire move.

There weren’t any one way trucks available so I had to foot the bill for all of the miles just to drive it back to the location 25 miles away. The service was sub par and the manger of the facility was passive aggressively rude when I asked questions.

I reserved a uhaul close to home and was told there was none there so had to drive 20 mins and got lost returning because the place was hidden however besides that it was fast and easy and good experience

There was only 1 person at this location and I waited 40 mins from the time I arrive till I left the lot. The manager was not very friendly. The van I rented the air only worked on high. I could not charged my phone both ports did not work. He had me walk around the van to Inspect for damages. But the pictures were so small you could even see the damages plus I did purchase the insurance so I did not see the reason to have to walk around the Van. In one of the pictures the step up has some damages but the pictures were so small I could not tell whether it was marked or not marked. On the other side of the van there was several places that was damaged and was marked with an X. But again the pics that he wanted me to ok via my phone was so small you could not see the damages. After about 10 minutes of him being very snippy. He decide to take the picture his self and added to my contract. Every customer was upset that was in front of me. One customer just up and walked out she said she was tired of waiting.
