Due to lack of training I almost had an accident shortly after leaving the Ace Hardware store. The person hooking up the trailer did not know what they were doing at all. He did not tighten the hitch receiver at all. When I was going down the highway the trailer came off of the ball on my truck and almost caused me to crash. It was whipping back side to side forward and backwards. I was not pleased with this location or the gentleman that hooked the trailer up.

Another 45 minutes waiting for them to figure out the software. Terrible terrible coordination of services.
