Rental was dirty. First location that I was approved to pick up vehicle didn't even have that available and the person at that location was no help. This location was further away - not convenient but I had to make it work. The U-Haul app only allows you to rent vehicle with a 2-day minimum if you're going one way. That's not convenient. The overall experience was not good at all.

The drop off location was great! The lady who helped me return the truck was extremely helpful.

Amber MI ordered hand trucks but there were not any in the truck. The storage facility isn’t loaning or renting. I had movers on site being paid by the hour and had to stop everything to go to local hardware $85 for hand trucks. The larger truck I ordered wasn’t returned so I had to take a smaller one. I’ll have try to finish move next weekend.
