The owner of the location called us randomly start yelling at us that we took the wrong truck. This wrong on so many levels. We followed the instructions emailed to us and took the truck that was assigned to us The owner also charged me for blankets I didn't order and didn't use. He put blankets on our truck but we didn't use them. This person needs to be taught customer service manners.

Unexpected fuel charges and cleaning charges were applied and I was told that I lied. I left the gas tank exactly where it was when I picked up. I am 200% confident that the truck was clean because I only drove it for 16 miles. I had clicked pictures in the app for everything. It was supposed to be seamless and easy as I have used Uhaul service before but super disappointed this time. I have already raised a complaint with the service center, hoping to hear back in 2 days.

Dubiner ICustomer service should be a little more prompt and courteous. The female was fine though. When you check in early, you should not be told, " I can't check you in now, put the key in the box." Especially when I want to pay with debit and not on my my Visa and there is no one in line.
