The truck was a very rough ride and the pulling trailer was a very bad experience because the staff did not connect it to my vehicle thank God there was a tow truck guy who came and he was able to hook it up for us the employee just left us there and then connected nor hook it up for us but other than that I was thankful we made it to our destination

LEANNA RWhen i got the uhaul home there was a thick sheet of glass on the uhaul which shows that it was not inspected properly me and my son tried to remove the glass and it shattered every we’re and my son was cut in few places no type of discount was offered or another truck was offered to us for the inconvenience
