Wanted a smaller truck told they only had the one I rented but for the few hours I had it 3 other smaller trucks in the lot never moved even though we were told they were rented, just drove by 3 more hours after drop off and they were still there

Victor DVery polite, knowledgeable, and professional. Had exactly what I needed. I literally drive past two other U-Haul locations to do business here! One actually wanted to know EXACTLY what I was going to be putting in the trailer I was renting!! When I told her, "just stuff I'm moving", she said that was unacceptable and REFUSED to rent me the trailer!! True story!
