Overall this truck needs to be inspected. Even while driving it empty, the gear shift and the entire cab of the truck is rattling unlike any U-Haul We've ever driven. While taking it 5hrs up the road into VA, it had a tendency to catch on gears and had a hard time maintaining its normal load. This truck needs to be serviced.

Lady at the business left right before opening even though she saw me waiting, didn't say anything, and was gone for about 45 minutes. I contacted Uhaul and they said to pickup the truck via key dropbox, but the box didn't have any keys inside... after a 45 min wait the lady at the business showed back up, offered no apology, and she didn't have the appliance dolly I rented. The truck was dirty in the back and only had roughly a quarter of a tank of fuel. When returning the truck, I couldn't return after hours (even though they say they are open to after hours pickup and drop off) because the gate was locked. So I waited again for about 45 min for the gate to be unlocked.
