When we got 7 miles away to load the trailer the lug nuts to the wheel had spun loose and one lug had fallen off. Had we not inspected the trailer again before loading we could have had serious damage and possible injury.

william MBased on the cleanliness and age of the trailer, was concerned about the trailer when I picked it up and expressed my concern. As we got down the the road we quickly discovered something was wrong. We had to call U-Haul and they sent a tire company out to assess. The technician said the trailer had a tire that was ready to blow. He had to change the tire. Two hours later we resumed our trip. I would not recommend this rental facility.
