Location was just a empty gravel parking lot, no one there to except my truck delivery back,,, it was a drop location

Had issues with the app checking in and returning the truck but overall was a pleasant experience.

Adam RI'd suggest having more than a gravel pit to drop trucks.
Benjamin FThis was a "storage" location so parking for U-haul was an outside parking lot with limited space, but we were able to find one. So "no" on clean and inviting" is not applicable, but this system would not allow me to submit the review without making a yes or no selection....Not applicable was selected but would not go through. Dropped off on a Saturday evening and location was closed so no personnel available. I contacted them on Monday morning and gentleman was very kind and helpful and promptly checked me out.
