We want a refund for the time we spent going to TWO different locations to drop off the vehicle only to be told at both locations that we couldn’t leave it there. Please investigate 316 MARMONT since we spent most of the night there with the owner saying there was no room even though that is where our contract location was. The last location the owner said there same thing. This is a sh!t system, and a terrible end to a difficult moving day.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisVery disappointed with the mileage charge I picked up the U-Haul with the odometer showing 92,032 miles. When I returned the truck, the odometer showed 92,068 miles, so the actual mileage driven was 36 miles. However, after receiving the final receipt, I noticed that U-Haul charged me based on an ending mileage of 92,075 miles, which is 7 miles more than the actual odometer reading when I returned the truck. I took pictures of the odometer and have evidence to verify the mileage at both pickup and return. I expect U-Haul to review the records and correct the mileage charge. Customers should be charged based on the actual mileage of the vehicle, not an incorrect mileage reading. I have photos documenting the odometer readings and can provide them to verify this discrepancy.
