The was no office just an box on side of building. Check out box was in an unsafe location. The sidewalk drops off onto a very rocky area. I had slipped when scanning barcode and tumbled down the rocky area cutting up my elbow, knee and gashed the palm of my hand.. we passed by one person when there and they just smiled and kept on walking.

Parker RWe did the digital drop off so we didn't talk to anyone. It was great but the key drop box wasn't actually locked, the lock looked like it was broken and on the ground so we were a little concerned because someone could just open the box and get the contents inside out but other than that, it was a smooth drop off.
Brian FMake sure that it is cleaned out before renting the truck. And maintenance is up to date. This location was off the beaten path. On a dirt road. I only chose it because it was the closest to me.
Samuel BI would get rid of this location. It was very hard to find even with Google Maps. There wasn’t a front office to talk to somebody, I had to call and wait for someone outside for nearly 20 minutes. The U-Haul only had a quarter of a tank of gas when I picked it up so I had to immediately fill it up and try to calculate the amount of gas needed. The windshield and mirrors were filthy so I had to clean those at the gas station. The trailer space also wasn’t swept out and was quite dirty so I had to clean it before I loaded it with my stuff. Overall pretty horrible experience. Normally I’m very pleased with my U-Haul experience.
