The people who work at the gas station are no helpful and then changed the rate. Sneaky and sb gave me a different and they changed it when I returned the key to them. So over charged me with no reason. No customer service and stuck up. Not good and don’t recommend it.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisNo problems returning the truck, Customer there was Excellent keep up the Great work. The overall total price matched. Thank you again
Anto YWe fueled up the tank to half because they only gave us a little over half a tank when we picked it up and they kept charging my husbands credit card after it was declined. They kept trying to charge $34 more than 5 times.
Efferim TThe worker didn’t speak English well and I couldn’t understand her. Not her fault.
Alicia AI reserved a vehicle and was given the wrong one. I attempted to have them change it but they insisted that they would fix the issue after I returned the vehicle. About an hour after I left the vehicle I was supposed to receive issued a notification that I had returned my U-Haul. Returning the wrong U-Haul was also a hassle. I was in a pinch and needed the truck or I would have gone elsewhere.
