Arrived at reservation time, was informed that the vehicle there was not checked in and could not be picked up. 45 minutes later of redundant questions, was able to pick up vehicle but from a second location

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWaited for an hour just to get the keys. Then charged $1 per mile extra to return the truck. Never again, would have been cheaper to use my trailer.
Martin SVery sketchy spot to drop off
CRAWFORD CIt's not a U-Haul location, so no one is checking the truck when it gets dropped off. The brakes were garbage, the alignment was garbage, the suspension was garbage, and the check engine light was going on and off the whole drive. This truck needs a lot of maintenance/repair or be put out to pasture.
