Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThere was no signage for drop off. The app said the front of the store, but some random lady came over as I was taking pictures during drop off to tell me that the drop off is in the back. I had been around the back of the building but there was no real clear point of drop off. It made the process more complicated than it needed to be.
Tobin Wdifficult to find, needs more signs, couldn't get the lockbox open without forcing it.
Heather LExcellent support from the location after the app did not allow for before hours check-in.
Romeo EI originally booked my reservation at a different location, and someone from U-Haul reached out to ask whether I’d be able to pick up at this one instead, referencing only address of the building, and I agreed because it seemed like a simple switch. It was actually extremely confusing because I wasn’t informed ahead of time that the U-Haul pickup was inside a different business, or which door to access, or who to speak to, by the U-Haul person on the phone. Once I found the right person to talk to, everything was great. I am also pretty confident that I left more gas in the tank than was on my receipt, so that’s unfortunate.
