Laurel FThe 1 star is for U-haul, not the outlet. They were fine except they charged me $27 for fuel which is a scam because I have before and after photos and your 3/4 tank guessing game is too random for excess charges. Also the gauge viewed from different angles shows different results. Dumping the onus of damage, Km's and gas onto the customer is another example of corporate greed where products and services get worse. Take $50 off the price if you want me to do the work of your agent.

Beatrice KThis location was inside a grocery store. Which is fine. What was not fine was that their computer on day of pickup was not working and took an hour to process my pickup while waiting for someone to arrive at store to fix problem. If I had had to catch a ferry that night, I would have missed my reservation. Then when I went in today to pay the remaining of my balance, they could not find my account or order. While working with me, the sales person interrupted our transaction 3 times to process other customers. I finally had to say no more interruptions until he was finished with me as I had an appointment. I was there for around 45 minutes to pay my $33 bill. Very frustrating and won’t work with that location again.
