The store clerk did not know how to give us our truck. We ordered a dolly and blankets, but they were not in the truck when we finally received it. This was after a last-minute change to a different location than the one I was told the day before. Overall, my experience with UHAUL was terrible, and I will never do business with them again.

Holli LI had ordered two hand trucks and they only had one and could not get in touch with anyone to assist. I do not blame the associate who was working there because he is not a U Haul employee, but rather U Haul and the Manager who is responsible at that location.

amber sThe location appeared completely unaware of what was going on. I was never notified that my reservation was ready for pickup at the reserved time, which disrupted my moving schedule and left movers waiting unnecessarily. I contacted customer service and was told a representative would check availability and call me back, but I never received a return call. After calling again, another representative/supervisor was able to locate a smaller truck, provide a discounted rate, and extend the rental for a second day at no charge. However, I was still ultimately charged for that additional day. Overall, the experience was disorganized, poorly communicated, and caused unnecessary stress during a move. I will be using another company next time. Do better!
