My rating is not towards crane mo they did an exceptional job there, it's the overall experience I had with Uhaul.. my original location was south Campbell in Springfield and two days before my pick up they called and didn't have my reservation order so I had to go to Seymour mo to get it but Seymour didn't have it so now I had to go to Uhaul in Springfield mo on glenstone. I called at 8am to confirm my appointment and they said everything is good to go, I get there and they have my car down for a tow dolly and my car is a rear wheel drive so that's wrong trailer. They didn't have a auto transport trailer so now I have to drive all the way to crane mo which is another 33 miles from me to finally get a truck and trailer. I am so displeased with the overall service I had with Uhaul and again crane mo treated me well but for me to drive to four locations which is over a hundred miles to each locations and back is ridiculous

Ely DYou need to get a different truck to replace that one. It has major issues! Doesn't drive well at all! I rented one last year from them and the truck was great!
