This location seems like a scam. It’s right next door to a U-Haul rental center. I had a 6am pickup so I thought I was just picking up here since the rental center didn’t open until 7am. Like an after hours option. The van was filthy dirty inside the cab. It smelled so bad, I spent money on cleaning supplies and odor spray so I could actually use it. When I returned it, the guy took the key and was like that’s it. Didn’t check the van, the fuel anything. I returned it early but the receipt shows the return time as the reservation time. I’m not looking for a refund on rental days but the data isn’t accurate. U-Haul should take their affiliation away from them, or at least investigate. Thanks Greg Sroda [redacted].

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe hidden fees. Way too many of them. I went less than 10 miles and was charged for a full gallon of gas. $2 more than what the gas itself costs. I was quotes at $70 and was charged over $90.
Jennifer ONo, I would not recommend this location. It took a while for them to give us a clear answer as to the pricing of the U-Haul truck. Then once we returned it, we were told we were going to be charged a cleaning fee, even though the truck was not entirely clean when we received it. I would not recommend this location to
