The uhaul app made this EXTREMELY difficult. It would not let me log in and showed I did not have a reservation when I did. We got started with what we needed to do 2 hours late because the app was glitching. The process could be seamless but the app is not well maintained to avoid issues. It seemed like this was an ongoing issue when I googled why it was doing that. Because of this I will probably never rent from uhaul again.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des aviseasy to park there and the key location is easy to find. The personnel couldnt do the check in but were helpful
Regina BOvercharge for both transactions. Very disappointing
SAMANTHA BThe website and the app and then the dozen customer service people I spoke to made the reservation and checking out the vehicle ridiculous. The lady at Mosby in Culpeper was great. In person and on paper is smoother than the atrocity of a website and app for reservation and acquisition of the darned vehicle.
Brian WProcess to pick up the truck took me 45 minutes.
