The only truck available was one with a flat tire and there were additional fees not mentioned on the website. They also charged me for more miles than I drove. Terrible experience, would not recommend.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThey were great, very helpful and accommodating as I walked in with no reservation. Had a reservation for another location but found this to be more conveniently located. Thanks for all your help.
Raika BI made a 12pm reservation to pick up a 15ft. truck on Friday April 18. This was for business not a personal move. When I arrived at 11:55am the mini mart was locked. A sign said "out to lunch." No one came when I knocked on the door repeatedly. I waited outside until 1:05pm with my paid-by-the-hour truck driver until a person arrived to open up and process my reservation. There were numerous other customers also with reservations by this point. The employee who arrived said nothing other than that the shift worker before her didn't come to work today. This is completely unacceptable. I should be refunded for my entire reservation.
Karen RThe employee was very helpful and she was very nice I highly recommend this location they didn’t overcharge me and the truck was very clean.
Abdul RThis location is confusing. Its in the Gas Mart shop.
