This was the 3rd location visited in one day. 1st location didn't have trailer, 2nd location tires on trailer were bad and gentleman running location was out of control and very angry to where we had to get regional manager involved , 3rd location was very accommodating. But I will never recommend U-haul to anyone.

SCOTT GWas Disgusted With Uhaul For Red Flagging My Truck When It Was The Companies Fault For Charging Me Money For Late Fees That Did NOT Even Belong To Me They Allowed A Guy To Rent A Truck Using My Identity When He Had NO Permission To Even Do So Next Time They Refuse To Let Me Rent A Truck I Will Sue In Court For Illegal Discrimination

CHRISTOPHER FThe location is acceptable for a rental, though the engine, transmission, and brakes were sufficient, the steering wheel was off-center to the left by a quarter turn, obscuring a significant part of the speedometer. Additionally, the cruise control was non-functional, displaying a message indicating traction control was disabled, with neither hill assist nor tow haul functions available.I was not told of these problems before accepting truck,we were in a bind since truck pick up site selected did not have truck,a day before I called about truck and were directed to a site not familiar with.On a positve note Uhaul dispatch did all they could (Liz) a valuable asset took hold of situation professionally.
