It should be easier!! I did all the proper paperwork and license stuff ahead of time and then had to do it again when I picked it up through the app. Waited a long time for “approval on the app” on stuff already submitted a week prior. I also noticed another $20 charge added at the end. Dishonest, constantly trying to add on services and fees.
BENJAMIN CThis location wasn’t the problem. It was the location that I made the reservation at. When I arrived, the location was closed. The truck was locked. After standing in the heat and jumping through several hoops to work through the app, I ended up having to call customer service. Customer service gave me codes to two separate lockboxes. Both of which were empty and had no key for the truck. So after 45 minutes of standing in the hot sun, trying to work it out, customer service had me go to a different location. Which was further away, thus more expensive because of the additional miles. I asked about a discount or a refund because of the trouble, and was told no. This is a horrible way to do business.
