My return was not processed by the app when I clicked return, followed the steps, and returned the keys. Thus, I had to return to the store and request that the rental be processed. When I saw my receipt, I learned I had been charged $10 extra dollars for things I did not request or use. I did not use the $5 blankets nor did I see or use the $5 dolly. Yet I was charged for these things. I called and asked the store to fix it. They said they could not on their end but would call U HAUL to do it. I checked my U HAUL account again. I saw that this still has not been fixed, yet.
