inconsistent pickup information between uhaul app and at location. Rude customer service by on site elderly employee. unclear drop off location instructions and incorrect hours of operation. Needs new management.

It was clean and by all appearances seemed to be good. However, my drive was 14 hours in the rain. The "Attic" section of the box left boxes of books soaked and soggy. The rest of the truck seemed to be dry, so it seems the leak was small and contained in the upper attic area.
