Store opened late. Van had no air conditioner. Associate said it was broken and the other van had a flat tire, so we had no choice.

Unfortunately, the first truck I was provided the a/c did not work. The second truck that I was switched to was had a low tire in which I had to put air in because they only had 2 trucks. These are older cargo vans as well nit as those pictured.
Alicia SLocation was not open for pick up since they closed down for lunch so had to wait for 45 minutes to get keys. Then was told that U-Haul AC was not working but it was the only one at that location so had to rent it like that. Worse customer service so far.

Brad WEstimated Tax in the Reservation was $3.15 and actual is $9.88. More or less the same miles entered while reserving and actual miles ran.
